ReproMed Fertility Center participates in a variety of health insurance plans. Please check the list below to see if your insurance company is listed. If you have questions or if your insurance company is not mentioned below, please call us at 214-827-8777.

Coverage for infertility treatments depends on your insurance plan. Most insurance companies cover the diagnostic testing and evaluation of infertility. Each policy is different, but most will share the cost of at least 50% of the infertility diagnostic evaluation. Some companies may cover a portion of IVF treatment. We encourage you to contact your insurance carrier to determine your insurance coverage prior to visiting our office. Our office will help you navigate the insurance maze. We will provide you with specific codes so that you can request a written explanation of specific benefits. If necessary, we will also attempt to contact your insurance carrier to confirm your benefits prior to your visit, although this does not guarantee payment by the insurance carrier for services provided. RFC also has agreements with a local bank to assist patients with financing, if needed.
